There is something both powerful and humbling about guiding my descent with nothing but the movement of my body.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet skiing is also strangely solitary. Behind a helmet and goggles the outside world grows quiet.
